Not as described, lies, scam artist, fraudlent ebay selle

What a sucker I am. I saw the ebay rating of over 99% and thought surely ebay would not give these people a high rating if not earned. WRONG!!! Ebay does not protect the buyer. Mo and Geno both said that this vehicle had no stories. After winning the bid on ebay I contacted them and was told that if I wasn't satisfied with this vehicle then they would take it back no questions asked. I trusted them sent them payment and arranged for delivery. They delivered it a week late. When I got the vehicle it was not even 4 WD as described. The wiring harness (all 3 of them) were not hooked up and not only did the airbags not work but the wipers the lights anything electronic is out of order. I have had the vehicle since November and ebay's auction insurance (independent) kept me from filing anything else on this guy because I started trusting them. They told me they would get to the bottom of this seller and help get him removed from their site. They were all in cahoots with each other and I just trusted someone would want to be ethical. WRONG!!! Mo did offer to take the vehicle back before I contacted Ebay but said it would be at my expense and he would list it for ME on ebay under his account at no reserve. Needless to say I couldn't let hm do that to someone else or me agian by possibly using some Shill bid to get it back a second time. It is all smoke and mirrors with "NOTSOFINECARSUSA" and ebay is a co-conspirator in my opinion. Just got to the dealership. Don't try to save money. Fine Cars USA, you should be ashamed and if the money you made on me is worth that much to you I'm glad I contributed to your scam process. I wish I found this site prior to doing Business with Mo and the fine folks at "NOTSOFINECARSUSA". Mo at least take the USA off of your name.
