Non op invalidated & Immediate delinquent registration due

Non-op invalidated and fees required right now as delinquent.

Have not driven other than to remove the camper for which it was on the street only a short time. Also took to tire shop had the tires removed due to vandalism. Hard to believe the state would be this harsh. I can see a fine perhaps but his seems over the top for me.

I have no work and no way of paying the fees let alone the insurance and smog which it likely would not pass anyway.
