Took money out of my account on 3 occassions

Never ever buy a car from bankston nissan in dallas or any bankston dealership - they will take money out of your account multiple times over a 3 month period - yes eventually you will get it back but you will have to make several trips to have them clear it up.

When I first bought my car, they said they would hold my check... They deposited it the same day, over drawing my account. I reported it, they mailed me a check (that I never got) for the fees.

I then took them a money order so it wouldnt happen again. The next week, they deposited my check AGAIN. I drove there, was told I would get a check (that I offered to come pick up because I had not received the first one) and made them fill my tank up.

Only after I filed a complaint with the company did they give me the first check they owed me. I was also told I would not be charged any NSF fees since it was their fault. Today I checked my account - NSF fees from Bankston Nissan of Dallas.
