Is a rip-off! No follow through with customer service

I bought a Nissan Altima from this location in August and after 3 calls, I only received 1 license plate from them. I called again today upon finding out that it is illegal to drive without a front license plate. I spoke to Ollie, their title clerk, and he said that it is my responsibility to get that second plate upon reregistering my vehicle on its next expiration.

Last time I checked, a quality car dealership goes out of its way to remedy its own shortcomings, instead of just leaving it to the customer. For this, I would urge anyone to be aware of such bad practices as this, and if possible, to boycott Bankston Nissan.
