Payroll Ripoff

Here is one at ya Eastgate.

Was employed by Eastgate Ford with my first day being
Friday April the 30th, I was paid a draw of $250.00 a week.

The one day that I worked i was paid for seeing that pay
periods are weekly. I worked my second week and worked four days and I worked one day my third week and quit, Had an offer that I could not refuse and seeing that im disabled I cannot run around a car lot no more.

I hand filled out my time cards seeing that the clock they had would hardly work at all.
They are claiming that I worked one maybe of that second
week and refuse to pay me at all. I would like my draw pay even if it is prorated, In fact at this point I do not care due to the fact that they had the gall to pretty much call me a liar. I have informed Mr Shearer that I would take recourse if a resolution was not found asap and he since decided that if they ignore me I will go away.

My recourse is BBB. Labor Board. Muni court,
usacomplaints.com, Ford Motor Comapny. And
Autonation.

I really wish I did not have to go thru this just to get
what I earned I am greatly in need of that money and only to be called a liar added insult to injury.
I am taking most of the above recourse steps tonite and
will not stop till I am paid.
