Kurceba Auto Sales
Overcharged me for a lemon. Rip-off!

I saw a 99 nissan maxima advertisted on auto trader dot com for 11k at kurceba auto sales. I went to buy the car there because the car was exactly what i was looking for in regards to color, trim, options, etc. I went there to purchase the car and asked him about the price and was under the impression that he was going to sell for 11k.

He rang the car up for 13k, and when i asked him why, he explained that the car was hard to find and that it was "rare", the day i drove it off the lot the car started having problems, huge clouds of white smoke started coming out of the exhaust.

I took it back to the dealrship since i have a 3 year warrenty, and delt with nothing but aggervation from the sales man Ron Kurceba and Mike the so called mechanic there. They sat there and were tring to put the blame the problem on me saying i messed up the car. After about 7 trips back to the dealrship, numerous phone calls, and tons of sleazy car salesmen talk, they finally admit that there is something wrong with the vehicle, and still don't want to do anything about it. I haven't even owned the car a full 2 weeks yet so i feel that they are responsible for anything wrong with it more than the warrenty company.

I decided to take to a local mechanic to get it checked out, he said that the car obviously wasn't serviced and needed a tune up, and for the exhaust problem, it was an internal engine problem, where the engine needs to be takin apart and the job will take about 2 weeks.

The problem will get fixed under warranty but i feel as if i should be reinbursed for the all the aggervation, for anything the warrenty company will not cover and the incovience of not having a car. This car buying experience has been a complete nightmare, i would strongly advise anyone in the philadelphia area that's looking for a used car don't buy there!!! Most of the cars on the lot are either lemons or are loaded with problems.
