I got the purchase after 15 years at Ford Motor Company. The administration and time division continues to be managing the layoffs and buyouts within the worst method possible. Therefore cold, Honda doesn't have problem due to their employees. Going back year that I worked at Ford, they continued stating, "Work Better, not harder" along with other demeaning slogans. Employed in Materials Engineering, we were under continuous stress from all teams to agree poor materials in the place of drive for better, more costly supplies. Does not longterm quality equal longterm customer devotion?
