Bogus $18 Courtesy toll charge via snail mail very piss

Was force to rent a car b/c ma vehicle was being repair at the near by Nissan dealership and was told it would not be ready for a day and since the rental was suppose to be free I sad what the heck why not while I was @the rental agency I was talk into a $35 a day insurance so much for free but considering the nightmare situation i've heard of people being hit with $1500 charges for damage they supposinly did I didn't want to leave it to chance. I returned the SUV on 11/29@12:50pm eventhough I was not told of a mileage limit of a 150 miles I was charge $13 overage which stinks but hey it is what it is. Two weeks later to my suprise I recieved through snail mail a letter stating that "there was a toll violation on 11/29 @12:38pm on your rental vehicle and as a courtesy to you we have charged you debit cart a $18 convinent fee for forwarding your info to the toll authorities" What! Ok now look at the time the vehicle was returned and the time of the toll violation 16 minutes there's no toll road less than an hour away from the Enterprise rent a car facility it is not posible to drive from Riverside, CA. To Carson, CA.in 16 minutes and I assure you I had no bussiness in Reverside, Ca. And I certainly had no toll violation. So is Enterprise running a scam on unsuspecting people. I want Enterprise to know I will fight this I want my $18 back even if I have to pay $40 to sue them in small claim court. And yes I did complain to Enterprise still waiting for a response.
