Toll Violation

I recently rented a car from Enterprise in April and drove to chicago and paid the toll after returning from my journey but unfortunately put in the wrong regstration plate no and I've the email and bank statement as proof of payment and when I called the toll I was told yes I did pay but enterprise will have to contact them for a refund. When I tried contacting the phone no on the enterprise letter nobody seem to pick it up. I'm very disappointed in enterprise - used to use Hertz and they would always mail me the toll violation without charging and if that had happened I would have had none of these problems. Now I'm stuck with a $ 130 charge.
