Rips you off has THE worst customer service I have ever seen rip-off

I took my truck in to have the starter replaced. As they went to bring the truck into the shop, they tried to start it and made the comment that "it sounds like the flywheel might be bad" so they bring it into the shop and after a few min. The kid come out from under the truck and goes and gets a new (rebuilt) starter.

Normally i would just assume that the flywheel was ok since they were gonna put in the new starter, but i did not like the look of the whole operation at this place, (the workers were screwing off, cursing constanlt in the hearing range of all the custermers, they just didnt look like they gave a crap. So anyways just to make sure i asked the kid "so the flywheel was ok then?" He then looked at me and said "im not sure, you wanna see it?"

Now im no mechanic but even i could see there were NO teeth left on the flywheel, NONE! And this guy was gonna put a new starter in it!

Well, i had to get the flywheel fixed anyway so i still bought the new starter and just put it in the cab for a later install.

After i took the truck to a tranny shop to have the flywheel fixed they put it back together and tell me that the starter is defective (yes my brand new one) so i take the truck back to start mart and the guy there (JD, the store manager) tells me "Its gonna be a while before i can get it in" I say ok fine no problem, i hang around for about an hour and a half then call up a buddy of mine and ask him to pick me up, and tell the Manager ill be back at 6:00 right before they close. Normally i would have just come back at 6:00 since i didnt get a call from them, but like i said before i just dont get the feeling that i can trust them. So i called about 5:40 and asked about my truck.

It hadnt even been touched yet! I asked well WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED! He said by noon the next day.

Again normally i would have just shown up, but i do not trust them, i called at 11:30, STILL HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED!!! NOw i ask you how much more mad do you think i would have been had i gone down there each time they "prommised it to be done?

Let me just finish by saying, if you can possably afford to take your vehicle somewhere else, DO IT!
