Transmission repair Ripoff I did with this company was terrible I has to repair it twist And it did not last a year and have SAN JUAN

I took my tranmission to be repair at garaje ruben on 4/22/02 they repair it and gave me a 6 months full repair gurantee and 6 more 6 subject conditions. Rigth after i got my transmission i started to hear a bang when the transmission was down shifting. I reported to them. But there told that since the trans. Was recently repair that bang was normal and would go away. Untill i took it back 3 weeks before the 6 months guarantee was over. They repaired but the repair did not last a year. I understand that if a transmission is repaired properly it should last at lease 3 to 5 years. The transmission inquestion was a ford, explorer 1996. My mistake was not to inquire about this company i have heard many people tell me there are the worst in the island. Total sum of repair was $1.829.10 was i ripoff.
