Eagle Warranty
Supplied a defective transmission to a repair and will not cover the price to have it repaired

We had a transmission problem with this car 1999 sebring and eagle honered the warranty and supplied a transmission which leaks trans fluid. It needs a selonoid packet to take care of this. About a $400.00 job. Eagle says its not covered. Hard to believe they would cover another tranny blow out but not the fix for the leak. Our service guy had the car for over a month to do the 1st tranny job because eagle insisted on supplying the trans and sent the wrong one then another story after that the 2nd trans went to the wrong place and now this. The 1st repair cost $400.00 out of our pocket and no car or rental. Now we have another $400.00 repair for the leaking selonoid packet on there junk transmission.
