It USED to be a good place to have a car worked on. Now the work can be shoddy, and they do not stand behind it. The last straw for me was this: I had them replace a power steering hose that was leaking. Pretty soon it started leaking again, so I took it back. They said the inlet to the rack and pinion was stripped, so it would need a new rack and pinion system. Well since they installed the hose into the inlet and stripped it, they should be responsible for the new rack and pinion. They damaged the old one. Larry (manager or owner) tried to give me a song and dance about how the rack and pinion inlet must have been stripped before they replaced the hose. I said, "Larry that's still on you because you replaced the rack and pinion for me last year." He refused to do anything about it, and he walks away when he is confronted. He just turns around while you are talking and walks away. There also seemed to be a very high employee turnover which I noticed shortly before this problem. I would never bring another car to him.
