I was told that my order would be complete. When I got it, it was not all there, I was told that i would not get the rest until after jan. I ordered this as a christmas present

I placed an order for Christmas and paid for it in full. The sales person told me that the order would be shipped complete, when i got the order, parts were missing. When i called the service dept. They told me that I would get the rest of the shipment until sometime in January. Now i have an in-complete christmas present, that is no good to anyone. Ken Setze
