I placed my order for one pair of Stompeez on November 18. The only thing my 5 year old granddaughter wanted for Christmas. She has asked for these from the first time she saw them. She even told Santa.
I started calling the company on December 20 asking where they were. They didn't seem to understand me and kept giving me my order number to 'check the status on-line'.
Today is Christmas Eve and my order is still 'being processed'!! This may ruin my granddaughter's Christmas. I ordered these in plenty if time and there is no excuse for this!
If a company cannot complete orders, especially for children at Christmas time, they should not be allowed to operate!
