I purchased a bumper to bumper warranty from Alpha Warranty on 10/18 for $5000.00. My Mercedes-Benz G-500 has repairs needed to the front end from hitting a pot-hole and Alpha Warranty is refusing to pay-according to their rep Jolie-" We feel the repairs were pre-existing". They seem to use this excuse far too often and maybe there are others out there who would like to join me in a class-action lawsuit??? The dealership that sold me this vehicle and this warranty is Exotic Motors of Rolling Hills, Illinois.
