I owning a shop thought this would be a good Idea to have a suppourt some of my customers. I signed up and then started selling plans to some of my customers. It was for a auto warrenty that covered general maintenance to the car and major repair. After One of my customers signe up and went through the waiting period tried to contact them for a clain then Came to my shop and I tried to follow up with Car casnics to submit the claim and after 2 months I have not gotten a return call back for them.
DO NOT sign up and or trust this company. If you are signed up and having problems contact your credit card company and have the monthly payments stopped and get all your money returned. You wuld think that if it was a legit company they would follow up if in fact they are that busy. Selling thes plane has started to create a problem with my business as customers thing it was a scam from me!!!
