This company is UNSATISFACTORY for service, repairs, and customer service!!! After being talked into an unwanted AND unneeded valve adjustment my car rattled and made horrible sounds before I got 2 blocks from the shop. It appears that in the haste to make the unneeded and unwanted service ($) that the valve rocker arms were NOT tightened as they should have been.

THE WORST SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT BACK ANY WARRANTY!!! For the same car I went in for a generator and the mechanic talked me into unwanted repairs (tune up) and souped the vehicle up WITHOUT ASKING MY PERMISSION!!! The car then started having overheating problems, due to accelerated timing, and after I drove the car back to have this corrected I was told they couldn't work on it because "I drove the car." WHAT mechanic would not test drive a car after it has been tuned up? Isn't that part of insuring that the vehicle will drive safely and the repair was done correctly? The engine was under warranty, since I bought it there [it could have been another unneeded repair for $] and had little mileage also the time period had not elapsed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. I DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP OR IT'S MECHANICS to do any maintenance or repairs to any vehicle. There are many good shops who don't have to prey on people to make money sadly this shop will only use their customers to make money but not keep customers coming back. I will NEVER go back to this shop for any reason.
