Providing Insurance when I have Proof of Insurance and adding car payments to loan

My partner and that I will also be REALLY thinking about a suit against Nicolas Monetary. Your vehicle was taken care of in August. We received notice from their store that they're getting us 6 more funds because of insufficient Insurance on our Vehicle. This year I changed insurance providers. I would like to be exceptionally obvious with this, our Insurance HASN'T lapsed, never. I retired from our Police Office and that Iam really insistent that I maintain Insurance on our automobiles. They're declaring they'd to place insurance on our automobile since our deductible was also low. Whenever we transformed insurance providers our deductible went from $500 to $1000. Nicolas Financial began receiving people for Insurance since our deductible was also reduced without our understanding. We were not actually conscious our deductible needed to be $500. This in crazy! I sent them evidence of our insurance in addition to our Insurance Provider sent them we'd never lapsed. Your insurance hasn't lapsed for one day, actually! It has to become illegal. What do we do?
