ASC was informed by our homeowneris insurance company our insurance had lapsed (works out it had been an error by a worker of the insurance provider) in 2006. ASC waited to inform us until 2008. Therefore we went without homeowners insurance for just two years. Even while we were spending ASC the insurance profit our morgage. Given that they waited such a long time we were not ready to obtain back with this previous organization or every other for instance. They pushed us to-go using their organization that was a lot more costly. Additionally, while they (allegedly) looked us around to get a business, they placed on costs for "searching for insurance" ($18,000) on our escrow account.
