Driver Needs to Take More Care

Hi UPS,
I am a big fan. At home and at the places I work, I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of all the UPS drivers I have ever met.
So it's really disappointing to have to tell you that whoever the driver is who currently works the route for my home deliveries is not taking the care I have come to expect from UPS.
I have not complained so far because I keep thinking he's going to improve. But I will give you 2 examples.
At Christmastime, I bought a Kindle reader from amazon.com. IT costs $189 before shipping. Everyone in my house works. I was the first one home that day, and pulling into my driveway I saw a box basically just thrown onto my front steps, in plain sight. I have no idea what time he left it there, but it was a slender small box the size that previous drivers would have placed between my screen and front doors, just so it wouldn't be visible. I was frankly, shocked.
This morning, I went outside to retrieve the morning newspaper and saw a large box placed on my front stoop. It had obviously been there ALL NIGHT. I am a professional makeup artist, and the products in this box are supplies I ordered for my job which should NOT be left outside in cold or hot temperatures. I specifically order these types of products for delivery on days I will be working at home to receive them.
I WAS in fact home all day and evening yesterday, so I could have answered the door when he dropped the box and brought the products inside.
My point is: he didn't even knock on the door, so I had no idea anything was delivered.
I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable. If my products are chemically altered, I will be getting back to you...
In any case, the driver needs to do his job properly.
