Refund of my deposit

The Ridesafely market business requests a deposit in order to bet on vehicles, they're designed to return the deposit if you should be not the best bidder. I delivered as deposit final year 4500 EUR which means 6300USD, and that I have now been requesting reimbursement for several year, by fax by e-mail by telephone, they usually had a logic behind why they mightnot return it, and lastly they declare it's been returned however the lender has dropped the cash!!! And today for 15 times they don't reply anymore! Keep aside don't deliver any quantity! Today I've to deliver an attorney.
