Work not completed on my Ca

I got my vehicle into NTB for shake when stopping. Which was last drop. Our vehicle continues to be moving annually later plus they have offered me in regards to a thousand bucks value of repairs, plus have dropped my hubcaps and keep showing me they've fresh types requested. I want help coping with them. I have bought another group of tires, another wheel-alignment, rotors, wheels and also to top that, they did not set my hubcaps back on and today they cannot locate them. They have been changing them since September. I also had my check-engine lighting fixed by them-and it is back on. I am exhausted and fustrated from spending this statement and my vehicle continues to be within the same situation it had been in last drop. What're my choices
