New Car Service dishonesty?

On April 17, we (me and my spouse) visited the seller since our vehicle was remembered (Camry 2009). We quit the vehicle within the Toyota Course (10287 Fairfax Blvd., Fairfax, VA 22030,1 866-763-5083). We quit the vehicle for that repair and returned after 4 hours to choose it-up.

Whenever we were going to enter the vehicle, we got confused whether it had been our car because three hob hats were lacking. However it was our vehicle. We visited the boss and noticed him, spoke to him about this. The very first phrase he explained was "You did not possess the hubcaps". I told him that people are virtually certain we'd the hubcaps. He insisted the vehicle did not contain it as though we lied for them for centre caps where-as we invested quite a much great cash with this vehicle and wouldn't feel fairly great to discount for 3 hob hats. That is not us.

We got discouraged and chose to keep in touch with top of the administration and we spoke to him. He repeated the same whilst the first guy said. He extra stated that he's prepared to provide the hob hats with less cash.
