Can't get my money back or the part ordered

Requested a brand new lock-set for my motorcycle, chased four weeks later, once they nevertheless hadnot delivered it in my experience or named me to get. Then they stated that they mightnot provide it and that I'd need to provide my card in to get a return.

The dealer is 30 miles away and that I was disappointed about producing an uneccessary journey. I expected them to deliver me a check instead. 8 weeks on and 4 pursuit calls the check hasn't appeared. I'm currently operating offshore and do not have the choice to simply visit to obtain the problem categorized. This ensemble are terrible, consider your company elsewhere.
