I have a 2013 Accord EX-l W/Navi. Back in Nov. 2013 I noticed the Traffic Information/Incidents stopped working. I went to my selling dealer, they contacted Honda, unable to fix the issue. I've been in contact with both dealer & Honda Tech Spt, Dealer is waiting on Honda to fix the issue, Honda says its a FM broadcast that is not working in my area. Honda has stated more than once it's been sent to Engineering, they don't know who is responsible for the signal. I stated Honda advertises the feature, someone at Honda has contacted someone in my area to provide the service. It's a matter of someone at Honda finding the party responsible for the signal. They partnered with someone for the broadcast so it's a matter of Honda wanting to find the party responsible for the signal. This has been going on for 2 months.
