As with the others, Pep Boys has bent me over, too. I purchased a set of hubcaps. Going down the road, they clunk and fit mighty loosely. Over 40 mph they rattle, and could fly off, and hurt someone. I spoke to the acting manager, Tom, who is this big tall, bald idiot, and he had complete indifference on doing anything for me. Not even an exchange.
How do you know if a hubcap rattles, if you don't mount it? Apparently you guess. What an jerk.
