Pep Boys ripped me off for $ 100 to "inspect" my windshield wiper motor before replacing my wipers. When I questioned them about this outrageous charge they told me this was a standard fee and couldn't do anything about it. When I asked to see a manager they couldn't find one of course. Pep Boys will never get my business ever again and I suggest you never give them yours!
