Purchased a pickup truck that put me in the hospital emergency room for 10 hours

In Nov. 2010 I purchased a 1994 Dodge Ram p/u truck from G-Town Motors in Garland Texas. The purchase price was 7000.00 and my payments were 300.00 a month which had to be delivered to the dealership each month. Right after I bought the vehicle, the fuel gauge went out and needless to say that was never repaired. Also, the a/c and heater went out, never repaired.

The real trouble here was I never received a copy of the inspection report to carry in my glovebox or a duplicate title for my records. They told me at the car lot I was not supposed to have those documents.in January I was in Oklahoma for a job but ended up instead in the emergency room for 10 hours for aphxiation due to the truck having no muffler or catalytic converter. My hospital bill is approxiamately 25000.00. I almost died.

Do I have any recourse in this matter? I have not consulted an attorney.

I paid in about 3800.00 on this truck.
