In Mo, Scamming customers & passing phony saftey inspections

Bought a 1987 Chevrolet pickup truck from these people, traded in a 1990 Chevroler Luminua euro sport. They ripped me off here are the facts.

Offered $2500 for trade in, after paperwork was done, this value suddenly changed to $1200

Passed saftey inspection on Pickup&After taking it to my mechanic, the front end was totally worn out, should have NEVER passed state inspection, and unsafe to drive.

Filed a complaint with the BBB. The Car lot denied any wrongdoing.

I took the truck back within 24 hours, and demanded the deal be void, due to horrible condition of truck. They refused to void the transaction. I then asked for a rteplacement truck-they also refused.

The owner kept on saying "I will make it up to you"

I have all documents, and recipets, including the BBB report.

I refused to make payments on this piece of junk, so I took the truck back to the lot and left it there. As a result, they tried to ruin my credit. Now, I am not allowed on the lot to try to solve this situation. They have the truck, and have sold my car.
