No Satisfaction UPS - UPS delivery Service

Not receiving packages ready for delivery on time. As a member of Prime eligle for a yearly fee, I am entitled to receive deliveries 2 day delivery. The majority of times Amazon uses UPS. Iknow from tracking that my packages have arrived at Deerfield Beach and our out for delivery. My regular driver is the only driver who insists on a signature. Amazon does not require it. I leave notes with my signature to comply with his request. However he is being vindicative by insisting I use UPS posties. I called the customer service number and they were apologetic. They had the Deerfield Regional call me. I recieved NO SATISFACTION. The driver has complete discretion. I live in an age 55 condo. I appreiate diligence in security. However, when Ihave given a signed authorization I expect delivery. UPS is very inconsistent in delivery service because of delivery person discretion.
