I had a car with 150K miles on it, and the tranny went. I figured go to someone local and stay away from a franchise repair shop. Boy was I wrong. After being unable to tell me exaclty what went wrong other that a "catastrophic failure"??? The tranny was rebuilt. Witht hat came a 3 year warranty. Well, after 150K on the original tranny with no issues at all, the "rebuilt" tranny failed 2 times in 2 years. The 1st was covered by the "3 year warranty"... The second failure cost me over 1200.00 after a quote to repair of 900.00, and NOTHING was covered under the "warranty" sinc i went past my 2nd year anniversary to have them "look" at the transmission (in their criminal contract that they make you sign). That annual "look" costs you over 100.00 btw and i am not even sure they do a thing other than change the fluid. So, now EVERYTHING is not covered by ANY warranty, and here i am $4,200.00 dollars later. And to boot... The tranny fluid refill for the last repair was over $140.00... For tranny fluid? Come on now. This company not only does NOT stand by their work, they are only our for the buck during hard times, and will knock you on the head with a sledgehammer even if you are a returning customer with a problem that they should be covering. Trust me. Please go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else has to be better than the experience i have been put thru from this place.in my 20 years of running an internet company, and have NEVER reported a complaint online. But these guys deserve it. Do yourself a favor and skip over these guys in the yellow pages. You will be glad you did.
