APW order missing for 3 days, company wont help

I made the mistake of purchasing repair parts from APW. The order went missing from FEDEX for 3 consecetive days. APW uses the most worthless service FEDEX offers. It has taken 7 days to get from wisconsin to Wyoming. Fed ex blames USPS, APW blames Fed Ex. At this point all I have recieved fro APW is standard old corporate garabe, it may take 3-5 more days, call Fed Ex, I am sorry, mean time the vehicle is down waiting for the part, they have not even offered to rectify this problem in any way. Calling customer service is a complete wste of time. They got my money their job is complete, me recieving the item is completely optioal to them. Pathetic customer service, total garbage for shipping complete lack of respect or caring for the employees, this is what to expect from this company. Do not spend your money with these people!
