Birmingham News Listed 2006 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic For Sell on 07-10. Jward3@netscape.com Was The Seller. I wired $7000.00 From My Bank To Capital One Bank In Houston Texas. Never Received Motorcycle, My Bank Tried For a Retractment But The Manager David Morris Told He Would Need His Customer Whom Had This Account There Would Have To Give His OK For This Retrackment And That He Would Not. Even When Capital One Knew This Was a Scam. I filed a Police Report, Then a IC3 Report, Spoke With The FBI In Birmingham Which Was A Joke. Capital One Bank In Houston Should Return My Funds And Not Protect These Criminals. If Anyone Can Help Please Reply.
