Never Recieved Motorcycle, My Bank Tried For a Retractment But The Mananger David Morris Told He Would Need His Customer Whom Had This Account There Would Have To Give His OK For This Retrackment And That He Would Not. Even When Capital One Knew This Was a Scam. I filed a Police Report, Then a IC3 Report, Spoke With The FBI In Birmingham Which Was A Joke. Capital One Bank In Houston Should Return My Funds And Not Protect These Criminals. If Anyone Can Help Please Reply.
