Capital One - Hibernia Bank
Does not pay on POD (payment on Death) account Athens And

Capital One - Hibernia Bank does not pay on POD (payment on Death) account, a relative died and I have always been on her account as POD, now capital one - hibernia is claiming there was never a bank account in her name even though I showed them all the bank statements with me listed as POD beneficiary.

Any suggestions on how to collect on the account?
