Paid Collector, Got Unwanted Card With Under $20 Limit

The company contacted me. They said I owed household bank and that they brought my debt from household bank. They said I owed them money and if I pay it they will remove it from my credit. I paid them they sent me a credit card I did not want with a limit of under 20.00 on it. It is a scam and I want my money back. Household bank did not sell my debt to them.
