I recently went to dicks in oro valley to purchase a treadmill that was on clearance. The help was terrible the customer rep did not know any thing about any of the equipment at all. I told them i was interested in the treadmill and would purchase it if they had paper work. After 45 min was unable to get paper work or even the safety key. If that is the kind of help Dicks has to offer i will be buying from someone else
