Cancelled room, but they still charge you anyway. No possibility for a credit or change fee to alter the reservation

I arranged a for that very first time with Kayak.com to get a business trip. The main one night stay for that space with fees/costs was $133. Obviously, the customer transformed the times for me personally to go to, and so I visited alter my reservation. All I really could do is stop, and that I need to spend entirely anyhow. Delay, what?

I needed to *change* my reservation (I still required the area, only for another evening), and that I might have settled a moderate change charge (state, $25), but I can not.in what planet is the fact that not scam? No support was made.
