Ripoff Poor service and vehichle is under warranty 2 years to get a diagnosis on bad power window motors drivers door and passenger doo

Sept. 2001 i bought a 2002 intrepid es for my husband. After 2 months windows went up so fast that they were slamming shut. Took car in to be looked at and the mechanic said nothing wrong here and put grease on edges of the windows to keep them from slamming. Brilliant!

After 2 years they figured out that the window motors are bad. Upon taking off door panels vapor barriers were crumbling, all need to be replaced. Some items are on back order. At 26,499 miles radio stopped working. It was replaced, but while installing a new radio a large scratch was made on front of radio. A new radio has been ordered. While reassembling door panel, side of dash near where door closes was scratched by not putting panel back on properly.

While in for windows and radio and vapor barriers i got a call from service department that 2 v belts needed to be replaced. Mind you still at 26,499 miles and belts are under warranty. Fan for heater and a/c also now make a humming noise that only comes on while fan is on. Each time that car goes in for service i am without a car to drive. This is what dodge has sold me
