Warranty issue - Hyundai

I own a 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS with the Dimensions stereo w/GPS, I had the original radio replaced at 24,000 miles from the dealer with no problems (under warranty), the radio I received was used (already had the XM activated under a person named Larry from NY) I figured no problem at least it works. Then at 35,000 miles (still under warranty) the audio acted up again, the car was taken to the dealer (Paramus Hyundai) ad they found nothing wrong and said they can only replace it if it was totally dead SO at 52,000 miles it finally died. The dealer said it was out of warranty and couldn't fix it, they suggested I open a claim with Hyundai customer care and I did (case 4577379) they said the same it was out of warranty, NOW this is the SECOND radio already and the car is only 18 months old (ok it has alot of miles on it but its electrical) PLUS I brought it back for the audio problem in May with 35,000 miles on it BUT because it wasn't dead they wouldn't replace it nor did they fix it. Please help, the regional office wont even speak to me and told Hyundai customer care to close my case. I am really starting to hate this car and it kills me to have to deal with this, to me its a PROBLEM that NEEDS to be addressed properly by Hyundai this is a $2300.00 radio!!!
