Www.scooterssavegas.com SCAM, company has changed name 3 times, fraud complaints, owners home went in foreclosure

We were solicited by Just Scooters to purchase 4 wheelers and scooters. The company website is very nice and professional. After finding out this company is from Georgia it raised a HUGE red flag because in June we ordered from a company called Global Motorsports Marketing LLC we faxed them a check for $4497 and never received or scooters. After months of calling and getting the State of Georgia office of Consumer Affairs office involved we finally received our money back in payments, not even one payment like we made. So before I sent payment to Just Scooters I called the State of Georgia to research the company here is what I found:

Global Motorsports Marketing LLC is owned by Lee (aka Greg) Cook and his wife is Mellony (aka Mel) Cook
after complaints they changed the company name to Leap Parts LLC, There was a fraud complaint filed against Leap Parts so the recently changed the company name to Just Scooters. The person I spoke with at the business registration dept said the Cook's home went into forclosure last year.

This is all the info I needed to make up my mind that if I sent this company money chances were pretty good I was not getting my products or my money back like the last time.
