Bargain Mail Order Ripoff Never send FedEx refund for damaged scoote

Bought 3 scooter, one was damaged, filed with FedEx, they send check on December 12th to BMO Scooters. BMO Scooters hasn't sent me the money or responded to any of my emails or phone calls.

I purchased a replacement from them, all three scooters are junk, various things wrong with them, tried working with them by saying I would fix the problems if they sent me the parts. At first they were agreeable, but I never received any of the parts that they told me they sent me.

One of the scooters my 11 year old daughter was riding, after 2 charge cycles of the battery, she went to ride it. When she turned it on, it acted like the throttle was stuck wide open. Luckily she only got scratches and bruises.
