BRS Motors, Bargaintory Defective overheating 250cc scooters

Bargaintory aka, BRS Motors or Broco Supply Company is selling defective 250cc liquid cooled scooters. I purchased a 250cc M3 liquid cooled scooter from these guys. The first time I rode it it overheated. Apart from overheating it was also missing some parts when I received it. The parts that were missing have been sent to me. I have requested new parts to try to solve the overheating problem, but without success. I have since found out that I am not the only customer who has had this problem with the 250cc liquid cooled scooters sold by this company. For one they have advertisements on e-bay for parts that have been harvested from scooters that have overheated, they even say so in the e-bay add. Also I did some research on these scooters and have found out since I purchased it that all of the Storm and M3 250cc liquid cooled scooters have overheating problems, due to a poorly designed cooling system.
