We purchased a 2001 ford mustang and we were going to finace the car, we received our payment book from credit acceptance and made the first payment within 3 weeks of receiving the payment book, payment was due on June 8th then we decided to pay the car in cash, we received our title from Vann Dodge in Vineland NJ, and contacted credit acceptance and said we would receive our payment of $296.87, it has not been eight weeks, and after numerous phone calls and trying to get a supervisor has been impossible. We have not received any contact and all our phone contact with them so we are now out 296.87. What a rip off
