Wrongful, wrongful repossession on last car payment!

Here's my HORROR STORY. I purchased the worse car imaginable from Credit Acceptance 2 years ago from a mom and pops shop. It wasn't that my credit was bad, I had just finished school and I thought it was a way to get the credit ball rolling. This car was a MESS! A week after I purchased it, the windows stopped working. I contacted the dealer and credit acceptance and everyone gave me the run around! But I weathered the storm and paid all car payments on time through TRUE PAY... Even after on several occasions TRUE PAY was sending my payment to the WRONG COMPANY.

Well, my last and final payment was due in December of 05... Thank god. I mailed in my last payment because I had ceased true payment, because this was my last payment. Well to my dismay they NEVER received my payment. I called day in and day out letting them know that I had mailed the payment and what should I do. You're fine, you're OK, that's all I heard! But they STILL hadn't received my payment. So when the end of January now comes they STILL have not received my payment. I called AGAIN nervous about what has happened to my payment... Oh, yours fine, yours OK is AGAIN what I heard! Well this time I said that's ENOUGH I'm sending in another payment. They told me that, that was fine and should they happen to receive my other payment then they would just send it back! Well ONCE AGAIN, they did not receive my payment. But AGAIN I heard yours fine, yours ok. If something serious happens we will contact you! I'm thinking I'm OK...

WELL WELL WELL. I come home a few weeks ago and NO CAR. They have come like thief in the night and STOLEN my car. Keeping in mine this is my LAST payment of $362 that was OWED. It has been HELL for me trying to get my car back. They even made me pay $500 dollars in TOWING FEES, even when my payment was only $362 dollars. I had to spend a total of nearly $900 dollars. On top of that now having to pay a bunch of FEES that they recovery place charges! CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE. I have tried lawyers, consumer protection place, etc...

What can i do! This can't be legal!!
