Wal mart automotive OIL CHANGE!

My wife took her car to wal mart to get the oil changed in may. When i got home in july from being out out for work it needed another oil change. When i attempted to get the drain plug off i could not, it was rounded off.

I took the car to wal mart and they said it was not there fault. They said that i had broken the oil tamper seal. Since i always change the oil myself on my cars i did not know what the blue crap on drain plug was and i was scraping it off. They also told me the drain plug has to be torqued on, which i know is not true.

I contact there insurance company CMI which denied my claim since i had scraped the blue tamper seal off.

Do not take your car to Wal Mart for any automotive work.
