Wal-Mart Lube services ripoff

This is regarding the lube services at the Wal-Mart in Hinesville, Ga. This is not a personal experience. It is experiences from two seperate close friends. This will be short and to the point.

Both friends went to Wal-Mart to have their oil changed. One went earlier in the year (around JAN-FEB) the other went in OCT so this was not a coincidence. Both times the vehicles drain plug was completely stripped and nothing was said. Therefore nobody knew about it till' it was time for the next oil change approx. 3,000 to 5,000 miles later. Also my friend that went in OCT. Had another issue. Immediately after getting his car back it started driving very "jerky" but it wasn't driver error. (It was automatic) Somehow the people at Wal-Mart managed to "FRY" one of his spark plug wires. Also didn't say anything.

All I can say is never go to Wal-Mart for your lube services.
