Sold me a vehicle that was not safetied properly, done under the table

This dealer sold me a Chevy Optra 5 that was supposed to be safetied and e tested. As soon as I got the car the head gasket was leaking oil. Not even a week of owning it. The lens on one of my reflectors was broken, the fan belt was frayed, and they didn't even do an oil change and it was close to 4000 km over the expected km.

Then not even the 2nd month payment came out of my account and the transmission blew. Then there was silicon in the air hose, the coolant over flow cap had no threading left, which caused a leak, without notice. When purchasing the vehicle the sales rep roman had said he would replace the breaks and fix the noise when the car starts. But either was fixed.

Ive only had this car for 3 months and I've put in almost $3500 in repairs and haven't even drove it the last month.
