On 12-14-09 I left them my 1996 Ford Contour for service. This service was for the water pump, timing belt, tensioner pulley. The mileage was 138,104. Now at 135,000 miles I personally changed my valve cover gasket. They recommended that the valve cover gasket be changed again. I doubted it at the time but approved the repair. Upon receipt of the vehicle I was missing (1) engine mount stud, (1) broken hood latch retainer, & (2) exhaust manifold heat shield studs. My complaints fell on deaf ears. Total cost of repairs $606.94

A few months after the repairs I tried to start the Ford Contour in a attempt to leave work. It wouldn't start. I evacuated the spark plug wire boots to find all cylinders were filled with oil. (Remember when I doubted this repair)? Exact said the gasket was leaking. We'll after the supposed repair, it was still leaking. I made a call, they brought their wrecker and away went the Contour. Upon return, I didn't see a further oil leak.

On 08-02-12 the Contour had 143,016 miles and developed a coolant leak (a hose had burst). I paid for my own tow to their shop and asked them to inspect & replace them defective hose. I was called a few days later and told they had received the wrong hose and decided to put in a flushing T and removed the defective section.in the beginning I told them specifically to replace the hose not to rig it! Two weeks later the vehicle went to another shop Allhouses Do Rite Auto Repair. This particular coolant hose has several branches and is very labor intense but yet is one hose. Their mechanics currently have this hanging in their shop entitled how not to do a job! Exact repairs $51.00 Tow $75.00 Do Rite repairs $261.00

On 10-25-12 the Contour has 144,119 miles & was sent to Skips Auto Service to trace the remaining coolant leak. Notation from the master mechanic notes: Tech found that the factory water pump gasket was never removed from the block. Do you want to know what the factory stamping on the water pump indicates? Repairs $864.21

You cheated the wrong person. I'm very mechanic friendly and knowledgeable. I have worked 60 hours a week for 15 years with Tractor Trailers, driving and maintenance. At these times I was overworked, tired and didn't have the time to perform these repairs myself.

The mechanics aforementioned will be going to court with me because they can't believe these types of practices are still going on. You will here from my attorney in the next few weeks.
