I hired a mini-van from Hertz on 06/04, online for detect 07/05. I visited choose it-up at 12:00 noon as planned. The truck was filty & pungent. The Hertz broker stated their car-wash was outoforder but he'd swepted it out herself. I inquired when they might deliver it to All or Any Period Carwash within the next stop. He explained okay. I quit & delivered at4:30 PM to get the truck it had been still filthy. The broker began asking me as though I had been a suspect. He did not wish to recognize the printout with my verification # & AAA savings by increasing the cost $50. I gave him my drivers license. He then claims "I can not hire you that truck perhaps you must return tomorrow after 11 AM. & there's nothing else I will do to assist you. We were departing for Gatlingburg TN at 3 AM the following day & was compelled to-go in two vehicles. Hertz never delivered my calls. I WOn't ever conduct business with Hertz again or recomend them.
